The Information Workplace
Information management is the revitalized term often heard this year to describe infrastructure that is required to unite structured and unstructured data in some sort of user-sensitive context. At a higher level, where the actual information worker resides, Forrester Research analysts Erica Driver and Connie Moore are defining requirements for the Information Workplace, a term which refers to the future working interfaces of humans and technology.
